1 week after lefting the first official job that I got after unversity graduation, I have started a new position as a server at a restaurant in the Old Quater in Hanoi. At first, the job is quite good as I can interact with many customers and other restaurant staffs (to be clear, this restaurant is a chain with 2 bases). What I learnt most is that you always have to prepare before every big step in the most complete manner, which mean you will not have to do it again or others have to follow you to clean up your mess. Because by failing to prepare, you have already been preparing to fail.
