Recently, I made many wrong decisions and encountered a lot of failures: cut losses on the stock market, stuck with my own start-up project, time management mistakes,... and yesterday my favorite football club got lost against a small club. I really, really felt so bad last night, couldn't sleep, and couldn't stop thinking about everything that had broken down. It's not the first time I have failed. So as you look back at your life and think about some of the poor choices you have made, you might find yourself wondering exactly why you made those decisions that seem so poor now in retrospect. In spite of these things look so bad. But if someone asks me “do you want to encounter these problems ?”. And, My only answer is “yes, i want to get it, really i like to fail more”.

During any single instant, Improvement at anything is based on thousands of tiny failures, and the magnitude of your success is based on how many times your ‘ve failed at something. If someone is better than you at something, then it’s likely because they have failed at it more than you have. If someone is worse than you, it’s likely because they haven’t been through all of the painful learning experiences you have.
Hmm. Back to the past, when you were young. You tried to learn to walk many times. That you will fall down and hurt yourself hundreds of times. But at no point does that child ever stop and think like “Oh, I guess walking just isn’t for me. I ‘m not good at it”.
Avoiding failure is something we learn at some later point in life. I am sure a lot of it comes from your reflected action which judges rigorously based on performance and punishes yourself if you don't do well. Also known as, positive thinking can’t force you to look forward. Only positive action helps you progress every day. Positive thinking is just what you think in your mind. It is very difficult to make it reality. Because you can think about it but you can't touch it, you can't see it, you can't get it. And you can't fix your bad skills. It’s critical importance of Positive action rather than positive thinking.
As the teacher i admire say:
Don't wish it was easier, wish you were better. Don't wish for less problems, wish for more skills. Don't wish for less challenge wish for more wisdom
Jim-Rohn
That's often all that's necessary to get the snowball roll (as a rolling snowball gets bigger), the action needed to inspire the motivation to keep going. You can become your own source of inspiration. You can become your own source of motivation. Action is always within reach. And with simply doing something as your only metric for success. Well, then even failure pushes you forward.
That's all, Thank you ...!
