In fact, I wrote a post on day 34, but it was not posted as all previous articles due to certain errors. That, I realized, was the first failure of a new adventure.
Back to the main story, I summarized two interviews yesterday. It merely serves the purpose of saving the moment.
The first interview was for the X Executive position at Big Corp. My judgment was correct; they were unconcerned about my actions or persona. Their only concern was my ability.
But it was not my strength to adapt to that position, so as you could think, I understood the job couldn't be mine, so an interview converted other styles. The man who interviewed me was a kind man, and based on his calm attitude, I thought he had a lot of life experience.
He shared his point of view, and I shared mine. It appeared to be a sharing time. Although my chances of passing are only 1%, I received some beneficial knowledge that made it worthwhile for me to attend.
The second interview: The opposite things. All of the elements. An internship with a technology startup. Could you picture the difference between a big business and a startup? Absolute contrast.
I told the interviewer a lot about my skills during this interview. I believed she agreed with me. Following that, the startup's CCO conducted a 5-minute interview with me. But we talked for over 15 minutes.
He concluded the discussion by saying, "You were a proactive person, and I appreciate that..."
My impression of the second interview was favorable. I was optimistic about it.
It's Wednesday, and I have two more interviews tomorrow for two different roles. On day 37, I'll return here to summarize.
Best of luck to me.
