Damn this writing challenge is getting harder and deeper lol.
1. Consistency is key to everything.
2. I believe that if there was a default button for human, clicking on it would put us into the severely depressed mode lol. So I try to fill my head with positive words and treat myself respectfully. We human are not automatically positive and happy, we have to actively seek it and keep that mode.

Studies in military field (SEAL) actually show that when you use positive words in you head (I can do it) instead of the negative ones (oh I can’t take it anymore), they have a huge effect on your mental toughness, your ability to keep going.
3. Boundary is something I feel quite sensitive about, I mean between people and people. I used to be in a toxic relationship, my parents used to have a really toxic one. That’s why I have a really strong sense whenever someone is trying to step onto the boundaries and I stop them right there. Also RESPECT YOURSELF, in order to for other people to respect you, you have to respect yourself first.
There is a part from the book that I really love, “The four agreements” - talking about this:

“In your whole life, nobody has ever abused you more than you have abused yourself. And the limit of your self-abuse is exactly the limit that you will tolerate from someone else. If someone abuses you a little more than you abuse yourself, you will probably walk away from that person. But if someone abuses you a little less than you abuse yourself, you will probably stay in the relationship and tolerate it endlessly.”
4. We need to master the boring habits and processes to succeed in life (the kind of fulfilling life):
- Sleep 8 hours a night, exercise consistently, eat the vegetables...
- Meditate, read books, write stuff..
- Learn some skills alongside: play an instrument, learn a language, learn to code...

5. Exercising is super powerful.
There is a line that said about exercising like this: "If there were a drug that could do for human health everything that exercise can, it would likely be the most valuable pharmaceutical ever developed.”It is from a video I saw a few years ago, it changed my life a great deal. You can check it out if you are trying to convince yourself to do the exercise more lol:
