It was a smooth day, but I had a bad mood this morning. Serving a group of Indian, my teacher once said,
" Đầu lòng hai ả tố nga, chị là khách Ấn, em là khách Trung..."
I have to write in Vietnamese. It will make the meaning of the sentence clearer. Over the last few years, the Chinese have been more comfortable and nice in their manners. However, the Indians always had a way of acting, that made someone inhibited. They made quite ridiculous requests. Like, our restaurant is closed at 10 p.m., and we announced this information to them at 9.40 p.m. yesterday when they were calling us. Surprisingly, at 9.59 p.m., they called our restaurant to order food and wanted to eat in this restaurant, not at room service.
Their meals lasted from 10 p.m. to nearly midnight, exactly at 12. They ordered a meal for 7 people but when it arrived, there were 12 people. They asked us to pair tables for them. Because it was late, the chef didn't have much, but every 5 minutes they urged asking for food, ordering ice cream at 11:30 p.m. It's unbelievable! When I wrote those words, someone would think that I was discriminating or something like that. But no, if you were in this service industry, you would know what I felt.
A bad experience here if your hotel often gets more bookings from Indians. This morning, we had to serve breakfast, and we didn't have enough time to set up the table. There are a few Indians who are nice in their manners; it's only a minuscule. With 150 meals for breakfast, we didn't have to hasten in a short while, guests go down slowly and end their meals quickly.
Okayyy, that is my weekend, about u???
