My working by hour should follow with receiving work, providing time of work for that work, and working to complete the work. On a daily basis, the service provider should conduct daily work logging and be aware of evidence of work to avoid a not-a-work situation. Work change will be accounted for and get paid similar to work.

Work can be only counted when you complete the work and the re-work part is smaller than 20%. Any work should be given a rough estimate before work, any re-estimate should be reasonable and agreeable given the working context.

Time of work starts to count when you start reading / discussing or developing.

Complete the work means:

- Clarify and develop all specifications defined.

- Fixing and polishing is no more than 20% of the work. Any work parts that take longer than fixing times should be considered bad quality. I should be able to carry out the fixing.

Expect daily work logging, this should state with clear purpose on what to do, why to do. Other than that this will not be accounted for.

Evidence of work will be traced back and verified through the team chat channel and github code commit. Any work without evidence of work will be considered not-a-work

Not-a-work means work with bad quality, incomplete and takes too much time to rework(fixing and changing).

Work change means update of work that:

- Proven to be unprecedented

- Update on the current work

- Clear definition of work and output
