It is one type of human rights that support the people or the community to articulate ( say their opinion by the clear way )their opinions and ideas without revenge by the other, check, or legal sanctio. Terms like free speech, freedom of speech, and freedom of expression are same meaning. The right to freedom of expression ( meaning same with freedom of speech has been recognised ( agree by the group of people or the goverment) as a human right in the Universal Human Rights. But what is the Human Rights and Universal Human Rights ? So we come into the extra part name : Human Rights and Universal Rights.

First what is the human rights, human rights are rights inherent ( vốn có )to all human beings, regardless ( bất kể ) of race, sex, nationality, ethnicity ( dân tộc ), language, religion, or any other status ( nhân quyền pháp (noun ). Is the term to talk about , all of us, no matter who you are or where are you live and born, will recieve the basic rights and freedoms. Human rights are not privileges ( mean : only owned by someone, or only has 1 in the world ) and they are granted ( give to ) or revoked ( take again ). They are universal and can't buy by the money or other thing. When we hear, that may sound clean and straightforward ( adjective :thẳng thắn). But when we try to put the idea into the pratice, we don't know what exactly is Human Rights, who gets to pick them ? Who enforces them, and how they do that ?

-The right to life and liberty.

- Freedom for slavery ( who in condition ( in the tissue and problem ) owned by someone , alway by the rich people, they can't recive the human rights) and torture

-Freedom of speech or expression

-Rights in work and education

Freedom of speech was vindicated by Erasmus and Milton, one is the English poet and other one is a Dutch and is a educator, philoshoper. And freedom of speech was claimed by Edward Coke as a "an ancient custom of Parliament ( in some countries, will have a group of people, with a large power in that country, and they maked the law to ruled the country )" in the 1590s. Do you know ? One of the world's first freedom of the press ( in this sentence, the press mean : same meaning with producing news)  acts was introduced in Sweden in 1766 .

The history, or the story of the human rights, is the long story, throughout the centuries and across the traditionals , countries, religions. We fight for justice ( fairness and equal, the same ), rightfullness ( like the law and rule to stop the unrightfullness actions ) and rights. But one of reason, for the born of the Universal Human rights, or the most improtant one, from the ruins ( the things that appearenced after the fire , it have the black color ) the World War 2, with the creation, United Nations, the organization, the United with 193 members ( countries ). And the United was maked with one improtant reason, that is to reaffirm belive in human rights. And with that spirit, in 1948, the UN GENERAL ASSEMBLY ( Tổng hội đồng LHQ ) adopted and recognised the Universal Declaration ( the report )Human Rights. Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted in 1948, states that: "Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions receive and impart information and ideas from any media ( that you want ) and regardless of frontiers.''( that mean no matter where you live and who you are )
