YouTube took a crucial step toward letting Shorts creators make money with ads as competition with TikTok heats up
Since Shorts' launch in March 2021, creators have used it to juice views to their main YouTube content. But the main way they're making money on Shorts is through a fund that pays the top performers and is set to end this year.
Starting today, YouTube will start running ads on its dedicated Shorts feed that were purchased on YouTube proper.  YouTube had previously shown limited ads from select advertisers in this feed.

Sắp tới sẽ rất khó khăn cho các Growth & Tech Company. Sức ép lạm phát khắp nơi làm tăng lãi suất. Sẽ hết thời của cheap money flow. Chi phí lãi vay và lợi suất kỳ vọng của nhà đầu tư sẽ tăng theo lãi suất. Chi phí vận hành công ty sẽ đắt đỏ hơn do lạm phát.
Do đó sẽ khó hơn cho các growth companies mà chưa có nguồn thu vững chắc tiếp tục đốt tiền như thập kỷ vừa qua. Việc tái cơ cấu và tối ưu hóa chi phí sẽ diễn ra và laid off là khó tránh khỏi và đang xảy ra trên khắp toàn cầu.
Công ty với tiềm lực vốn vững vàng và nguồn thu ổn định có thể là lựa chọn tốt.
