Call me 25. A normal day at 7:30 am. 25 hits snooze for five more minutes, scrolls Facebook for a breath, then gets up. Ten minutes late today, such a good thing the company has a 15-minute grace period.
From 8:30 to 11:00, it’s meetings back-to-back. No breakfast. Afterward, 25 treats 25 to a coffee as a small switch that turns the brain on.
Back at the desk, 25 lines up the to-do list: critical and high-priority first. A few tasks get rescheduled; the rest get a plan. Almost anything is doable with enough time, effort, asking the right person, and a big help from AI.
After work, 25 joins the office workout class for 30 minutes to 1 hour. If 25 doesn’t move, energy for everything else runs low. Keep the body active, and the mind will follow.
The day winds down with a good dinner, good food, good mood, then some gentle, lazy time with a few guitar chords, a bit of English learning.
By 10:30 pm., lights out. A tidy day - busy enough to matter, kind enough to 25.
